Justin Frankel Named Top NY Metro Lawyer For 2011

Garden City resident Justin C. Frankel, Esq., a partner in Frankel & Newfield, PC,  has been named by Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top New York metro area lawyers for 2011. Only 5 percent of the lawyers in the New York metro area are named by Super Lawyers.

Frankel has devoted most of his legal career to representing long-term disability insurance policyholders, and also has experience in general litigation, complex commercial cases and class action litigation. He has extensive experience representing doctors and other health care providers in medical malpractice actions.

Frankel is a regular speaker before bar associations and medical organizations regarding disability claims and he has published several articles on disability insurance in professional publications.

He received his B.A. from Stony Brook University and his J.D. from CUNY School of Law. Frankel is admitted to practice in the states of New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York, District of Connecticut, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Third and Fourth Circuits and the United States Supreme Court.
