Award-Winning Broadcast Series, Exploring Critical Issues, Returns to Adelphi
In 'Achieving Balance In Our Public and Private Lives,' Dr. Robert Scott for the first time draws entirely from the faculty of Adelphi University for his roster of guests.

Exploring Critical Issues, the award-winning televised series conceived and hosted by Adelphi University President Dr. Robert A. Scott, is entering its seventh year with new 2010 segments to broadcast this spring on Cablevision channel 29 and Verizon FiOS channel 296, and at www.telecaretv.org.
Each Exploring Critical Issues program features a distinguished group of guests who explore a topic of significance to New York area viewers. In "Achieving Balance In Our Public and Private Lives," Dr. Scott for the first time draws entirely from the faculty of Adelphi University for his roster of guests.
"We live in a time of overexposure, with tell-all and self-help manifestos published, blogged and broadcast," said Dr. Scott. "In the search for guidance in attaining personal satisfaction, are we actually gaining or losing identity, finding harmony or creating conflict? My guests provide astute cultural analysis, practical advice and spiritual insights to the quest for balance in our public and private lives."
