Each of the kits is all-inclusive, complete with the mains - steak and chicken, burgers or pizzaiola - and several sides, to seasonings, toppings and sauces, decadent desserts too. Ranging in price from $50 to $135, the kits are: Curbside Butcher Kit, featuring steak, chicken, kielbasa, corn on the cob (Chef Burke' special compound butter), mac-n'-cheese, potato salad, hearty greens and much more; Steakhouse Burger Kit with all the fixings for bacon two-cheese burgers, plus salads and the seductive chocolate dome with raspberry sauce; and the Pizzaiola Kit will make you a master pizzaiola maker!
