Celebrated Chef David Burke Offering Kits for Making Memorial Day Weekend Memorable

David Burke, the executive chef / owner of the acclaimed Red Salt Room at the Garden City Hotel has designed three kits for two to four diners that will make anyone a grill master for Memorial Day Weekend and beyond. Each of the kits is all-inclusive, complete with the mains - steak and chicken, burgers or pizzaiola - and several sides, to seasonings, toppings and sauces, decadent desserts too. All Backyard BBQ To Go purchasers will have to do is fire up the grill and cook the entrée.

Ranging in price from $50 to $135, the kits are: Curbside Butcher Kit, featuring steak, chicken, kielbasa, corn on the cob (Chef Burke' special compound butter), mac-n'-cheese, potato salad, hearty greens and much more; Steakhouse Burger Kit with all the fixings for bacon two-cheese burgers, plus salads and the seductive chocolate dome with raspberry sauce; and the Pizzaiola Kit will make you a master pizzaiola maker!
