Benefit Yard Sale Announced- Sellers Requested

Now's the time to clean out your attic!

The Garden City Bird Sanctuary/Tanners Pond Environmental Center announces their annual Fall Benefit Yard Sale. The sale will be held on Saturday, October 4th, from 9 am to 3 pm, located outdoors inside the front gate at the Sanctuary. Good media coverage is included (newspaper, Craigslist, Facebook, website & posters).

10 x 17 foot selling area is $45 for the day. (Includes space for selling & space to park one car next to selling space)

Typical items sold are antiques, collectibles, furniture, china, housewares, toys, yard tools, clothing, books, sporting equipment and so much more! There is always something for everyone.

The Benefit Yard Sale will support programs and materials needed at the Bird Sanctuary.

There will be no raindate. In the event of rain, rental fees will be refunded.

The GCBS main gate is located opposite 181 Tanners Pond Road (Denton Avenue), between Stewart Avenue and Jericho Turnpike in Garden City.
