Brown Bag Medication Review

The “Brown Bag Medication Review” will take place on Thursday, March 10th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm also at VFW Post #2718 (68 Lincoln Rd, Franklin Square).

During the Brown Bag Medication Review, you will be asked to gather all of your medications, (prescriptions, over-the-counter medications & supplements), put them in a “bag” and bring them in! A pharmacist will sit down with you, one-on-one, to review your medications.

Reservations are required and can be made by calling my Community Office at 516-739-1700 to make an appointment.
