Cops: Man Busted for Garden City Burglary
Police say they found the man's fingerprint during an investigation in October, and arrested him in Mineola Wednesday.

A man was arrested in Mineola Wednesday afternoon for a burglary committed in Garden City in October, authorities said.
Nassau Police say that while investigating a burglary at a property on 7th Street in Garden City, they discovered a latent fingerprint on items moved at the time of the crime. Police determined that the fingerprint belonged to Francisco J. Palacios, 26, of West Hempstead.
Detectives located Palacios on Wednesday at 12 p.m. in Mineola, and arrested him without incident, police said.

Palacios is charged with third-degree burglary.
He will be arraigned on Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead.
