WHAT: Get up close and personal with 150,000 celestial objects at Adelphi University's rooftop observatory. View the Moon, Jupiter, stars, and other objects with a push of a button using Adelphi's 14" Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope. The session will be hosted by the University's Physics Department. This event is free and open to the public. All are welcome.

WHERE: Adelphi's Blodgett Hall, 1 South Avenue, Garden City, NY
The observatory is located at the top of Blodgett Hall's North stairwell. You can take the elevator to the 3rd floor, and then climb the last flight of stairs to get to the observatory. Please note that if the skies are cloudy, the session will not be held; we will announce a make-up date at a later time.
