Chef Mitchell Sudock Of Mitch And Toni’s American Bistro To Demo At Bloomingdale’s, Roosevelt Field Mall

Chef Mitchell Sudock of Mitch and Toni’s American Bistro (875 Willis Avenue, Albertson, NY 11507 [516] 741-7940 www.mitchandtonis.com) will conduct a cooking demonstration using All-Clad cookware at Bloomingdale’s Roosevelt Field Mall (630 Old Country Road, Garden City, NY 11530 [516] 873-2700) on Saturday, November 12 from 1 to 3 p.m. 

Chef Sudock will prepare sweet potato fritters on the All-Clad Electric Griddle, braised red cabbage in the 13” French Skillet, and an apple and pear cobbler using All-Clad’s Oblong Baker.  The demonstration will be held during Bloomingdale’s “Friends & Family” promotion offering 20-percent off items including All-Clad.
