The Choral Evensong music will include Evening Service in C by Brian Kelly and Psalm 150 by Alan Ridout. The service music will be sung by the Men, Boys & Girls Choirs of the Cathedral, directed by Lawrence Tremsky, Canon Musician and Brandon Dumas, Associate Organist and Choirmaster.
All, and their beloved pets, are welcome at this sevice to celebrate the Feast Day of St Francis, the patron Saint of animals and the Annual Pet Blessing. All animals must be on a leash or in a secure pen at all times for the safety of participants and other animals.
ANIMAL LOVERS LEAGUE (Glen Clove) will be present on the Cathedral grounds from 3:00pm until after the service. There will be several volunteers on hand with pets available for adoption as well as informational literature.
