Head Judge on Top Chef Tom Colicchio to Visit Adelphi University on October 27, 2010

Adelphi University is pleased to welcome Tom Colicchio, renowned chef, restaurant owner, cookbook author, and head judge on Bravo's Top Chef  series. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 27, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the Ruth S. Harley University Center's Thomas Dixon Lovely Ballroom. It is co-sponsored by Lackmann Culinary Services.
