Katherine Meloan is director of chapel music at the United States Merchant Marine Academy in King's Point Long Island where she is the director of chapel choirs and plays for all services. She has served as music director at Trinity-Saint John's Episcopal Church in Hewlett, New York and is currently organist at Beth Sholom in Bayside, New York. Katherine is a doctoral candidate in organ performance at Manhattan School of Music, New York. She has an active interest in teaching and is writing her doctoral thesis on Organ Pedagogy for Beginning Organists. Katherine will be playing music of Marcel Dupré, Charles-Marie Widor and J.S. Bach.
