This summer, the Summer Reading Club’s theme is “One World, Many Stories.” The Magic Carpet Riders Read-to-Me Club is for children ages two-and-a-half through 5 years old (not entering kindergarten) while the Nomads Reading Club is for children entering Grades K-5 in September 2011. Special needs children are welcome with an adult.
As part of the Summer Reading Club, children can choose from a variety of activities that they can do either at home or at the library in order to win prizes.
Registration for both reading clubs begins June 20 at 9:30 a.m. in the Children’s Room and is ongoing. Non-residents can register beginning July 5 at 9:30 a.m. Check for our flyers in the Children’s Room for more information about the Summer Reading Club and additional summer programming.
