Jo-Ann Tiranno of the Passionate Palate will teach this workshop in Chinese cookery. The group will explore the flavors of Asian cooking in time for the Chinese New Year, Feb. 14, 2010. Learn to make classic vegetable spring rolls for the year of the Tiger. Registration begins January 9 at 9 a.m. and is limited to 20.
