Four Nassau Teens Arrested For Shooting At Cyclist: Police

Police say they pulled out guns and shot at the man after getting into an argument on the street.

Four Hempstead men were arrested this week for shooting at another man in Hempstead in January.

According to police, a group of men were seen leaving a home on Evans Avenue in Hempstead and walking east on West Graham Avenue at 8 p.m. on Jan. 14. Police say the men got into an argument with a man on a bicycle, and then three of them pulled out guns and began to shoot in the direction of the cyclist, who was fleeing west on West Graham Avenue. Police say the men fled back into the house they came from.

An investigation led police to arrest Isaiah Brock, 18, of Elm Street, Shakim Sanford, 17, of Stewart Avenue, Khalid Brown, 17, of Elm Avenue and a 15-year-old who is being charged as a juvenile offender.
