KJOY 98.3 "Holiday Wish" Returns with Westbury-HQ Jovia FCU

December 7, 2021; Westbury, NY – Long Island's Place to Relax, KJOY 98.3 (WKJY-FM), part of Connoisseur Media, has once again teamed up this year with Jovia Financial Credit Union on the 2021 KJOY Holiday Wish community program. The heartwarming and seasonal campaign invites KJOY's listeners to go to www.kjoy.com/wish to submit a Holiday Wish by telling KJOY their wish-story. As entries are received, a committee reviews each request to determine which wishes can be fulfilled.

"Many of the wishes we receive are from Long Island families who are having a hard time making ends meet," said Jon Daniels, Program Director of KJOY 98.3. "With our help, they don't have to choose between paying bills or buying gifts for their kids. Due to the continuing financial and emotional effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, KJOY expects to receive more wishes than ever before. Together, KJOY and Jovia Financial Credit Union have granted wishes delivering goods and services including home repairs, clothing, auto repairs, groceries, gift cards, toys, vacations, medical supplies, home furnishings and more, in years past.

Holiday Wish requests can be submitted at www.kjoy.com/wish now through Christmas Eve (December 24, 2021). Requests will be judged based on a number of pre-set criteria, including sincerity and need. Wish recipients will be notified on-air throughout December.
