Lynbrook Pool Swim Across America to Benefit Mercy's MIRACLE Pavilion

Lynbrook Pool will participate in the 5th Annual Swim Across America.

The event is held nationwide to bring awareness and raise funds to battle cancer.

Lynbrook will hold their version of the event on Saturday from 7-10 a.m.

All ages and abilities are welcome.

To sign up to swim or donate to the cause, visit the Lynbrook Pool Swim Across America page here. Swimmers are asked to attempt to raise $100.

Awards are given for the following fundraising levels:

$100 - Swim Across America T-shirt and Cap
$500 - Swim Across America Towel
$1000 - Child Award - SAA Fleece Blanket
$2000 - Adult Award - SAA Fleece Blanket, travel content

Lynbrook has already raised $7,868 and is aiming to raise $20,000 for the cause.

One of the beneficiaries of the event is the nearby MIRACLE Pavilion at Mercy Medical Center in Rockville Centre.
