Nassau County Police Charge 4 With DWI

The Nassau County Police Department reported the following arrests for driving while intoxicated for the week ending Jan. 9. All charges are merely accusations.

• Nicole Bucci, 35, of Oceanside, was arrested on Austin Boulevard in Island Park at 10:23 p.m. on Jan. 2.
• Charles McNally, Jr., 33, of Massapequa Park, was arrested on Sunrise Highway in Seaford at 2:15 a.m. on Jan. 3.
• Darren J. Sutton, 28, of Westbury, was arrested on North Broadway in Jericho at 3:53 a.m. on Jan. 5.
• Cole T. Smith, 19, of Huntington, was arrested on the LIE at Exit 39 in North Hills at 4:30 a.m. on Jan. 5.
