Nassau Man Was Driving Drunk With Teen In Car: Police
Police say he was speeding and driving recklessly before he was pulled over.

A North Baldwin man was arrested early Sunday after police say he was driving drunk with a teenager in the car with him.
According to police, Phillip O. Flowers, 36, of Arndt Place, was driving a white 2014 Nissan Maxima south on the Meadowbrook Parkway exceedingly fast. Police stopped the car, and say that they determined Flowers was drunk.
He had a 15-year-old boy in the car with him. The boy, who was unhurt, was released to a family member.

Flowers is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated (Leandra's Law), endangering the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated and several vehicle and traffic law violations. He was arraigned on Sunday in First District Court in Hempstead.
