Nassau Police Arrest Alleged MS-13 Member For Texas Robbery

Nassau police say they arrested an alleged MS-13 gang member in Garden City South who is wanted for robbery in Texas.

According to police, an investigation was conducted with the help of the US Marshals on an open warrant from Harris County, Texas. It led police to Deli and a Hole Lot More, located at 263 Nassau Blvd. in Garden City South, at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday. There, police arrested Maynor Jose Deras-Sanchez, 37, of Doughty Boulevard, Inwood.

Police say that Deras-Sanchez is a MS-13 gang member wanted in Texas for aggravated robbery with a gun. He will be extradited to Texas.
