Nassau Police Make Second Arrest For Christmas Homicide
Police have been searching for Antoine Foster for six months. He was arrested in Virginia.

Antoine Foster, the second person wanted in connection with the Christmas Day shooting death of Rafael Cepeda, was arrested in Virginia on Thursday, police said.
Nassau County police had been searching for Foster since early January, when another man, Shamiq Sullins, was arrested and charged in Cepeda's murder.
Police say Cepeda was walking to the Hempstead train station last Christmas to pick up his 11-year-old daughter when he was shot by Foster and Sullins, two members of the Bloods who were looking to kill a rival gang member.
