• True Food Kitchen files for Chapter 11, closes 12 restaurants (fastcasual.com) — True Food Kitchen has closed its Garden City restaurant as part of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing that shutters 12 locations nationwide while keeping 34 others open. The company cites heavy debt, misaligned investments, and lingering pandemic impacts, and says it has secured new financing to keep operating while it restructures and seeks a buyer.
