Pineapple Ball Attendees Get Boost

Andrew and George Nigohosian, owners of Bonaventure Tuxedo, located at 953 Franklin Avenue in Garden City, are offering 50 percent off tuxedo rentals to gentlemen attendees of the Chamber of Commerce's 8th annual Pineapple Ball, to be held April 23 at The Garden City Hotel. 

Andrew Nigohosian serves on the 32-member Pineapple Ball Committee. To be honored at the Ball will be Joanne K. Adams, community relations director, NYRA (Citizen of the Year); Honorable Allen S. Mathers, village justice (Community Achievement Award recipient); and Nasser Samman, general manager, The Garden City Hotel (Business Person of the Year). 

In addition, Jack Roulett, a senior at Garden City High School, will be awarded the Chamber Foundation's "Excellence in Business Education Scholarship" award.
