Renovations Underway at Cluett Hall and Field House
The beautified buildings are still open, and are only going to get better.

Cluett Hall and the Field House are getting a facelift this Fall.
“We are excited about all of the improvements underway in the Field House and Cluett Hall," said Kevin Ocker, chairman of the Board of Commissioners of Cultural and Recreational Affairs of the Village of Garden City. "These, along with other improvements identified in the department's Strategic Plan, demonstrate good stewardship of our facilities and an overall improved experience by all.”
At the Field House, all interior painting has been completed and new glass basketball backboards have been installed. Looking ahead, the LED light conversion will begin in both the Field House and Cluett Hall in November. New carpeting will be installed in Cluett Hall this month as well.

In December, the Field House floor will be refurbished with a total pour-over and new lines. The procurement process is also underway for rehabilitation of the restrooms.
Upgrades are detailed in the Department of Recreation and Parks Strategic Plan, which can be viewed in full on the village's website.
