S.O.S. (Serving Our Seniors) Awareness Program

Senator Kemp Hannon (R-Nassau) is pleased to announce two Benefits & Eligibility Panel Discussions as part of his on-going “Serving Our Seniors” programs.

The presentations focus on many aspects of benefits, entitlements, support, housing and nutritional programs available to our senior population, including Veterans Benefits, STAR & Enhanced STAR property tax exemptions, Nutrition and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Programs, Senior Housing, and Commodity Supplemental Food Programs. All are welcome.

The programs take place on the following dates and locations:

November 17, 2015: 9:30 – 11:00 am at the Uniondale Fire House (154 Uniondale Avenue, Uniondale); and

November 19, 2015: 7:00 – 8:30 pm at the Levittown Public Library (1 Bluegrass Lane, Levittown).
