What is a Brown Bag Review?

Seniors are asked to gather all of their medications, (referring to a prescription, over-the-counter medications and supplements), put them in a “bag” and bring them in! At this event, you will sit down with a pharmacist or pharmacy intern, one on one, to review all of your medications. Upon completion of your review, you will be provided with a personal medication record.

The event is on September 3, 2015, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, East Meadow Public Library, 1886 Front Street, East Meadow.
