South Hempstead Man Dies After Suffering Head Injuries During Robbery: PD
The 30-year-old was found injured when officers responded to a reported robbery Saturday morning, police say.
SOUTH HEMPSTEAD, NY — The man who sustained head injuries during a South Hempstead robbery on Saturday has succumbed to his injuries, police said.
Nassau County police said the man has been identified as 30-year-old Justinn Thomas, of South Hempstead.
Officers responded near the intersection of May Street and Grand Avenue for reports of a robbery at 5:27 a.m. on Saturday.

When officers arrived, they found the man who was robbed with head injuries, police told Patch.
Police request anyone with information to contact the Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous, police said.
