POLL: What Retail Shops Are Coming to Garden City?

Domus Green, property owners of the mixed-use building taking shape at the corner of Seventh Street and Franklin Avenue, are keeping new businesses "confidential."

What used to be a gas station at the corner of Seventh Street and Franklin Avenue has nearly finished its three-story, residential/retail transformation.

The mixed use building will include residential units on the upper floors and is zoned for commercial/retail use only on the ground floor.

But what's coming to Garden City? Some have said they'd like to see another spa or florist, a steakhouse and/or Mexican restaurant, a café or even a specialty cheese shop.
