60-Year-Old Sea Cliff Man Found: Police
Donald Moskow, 60, who had been missing since July 13, was found on Wednesday afternoon.

ORIGINAL STORY: Missing Persons Squad detectives are investigating a missing man from Sea Cliff.
Donald Moskow, 60, has been missing since July 13. His disappearance was reported to police on Tuesday, July 23.

Moskow was last seen leaving his Sea Cliff home at 9 a.m. on July 13. He is 5 feet 7 inches and 180 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes. Both his clothing description and probable destination are unknown. He also suffers from a cognitive disorder and may be in need of medication.
