As a family-owned dojo serving Glen Head and the surrounding North Shore communities, we've created an environment where students of all ages can thrive. Our programs emphasize respect, perseverance, leadership, self-confidence, and healthy habits that extend far beyond the dojo. While many of our students train recreationally for fitness and personal growth, others have gone on to compete at the highest levels of the sport.

Our coaching staff includes former Team USA athletes, national champions, and international medalists. Today, we're proud to have athletes representing Team USA on the world stage, including the nation's #1-ranked woman at 55 kg and the #1-seeded athlete on the USA Junior Team in the Girls 12-13 (-52 kg) division. Their success demonstrates what's possible through dedication, hard work, and a supportive community.

Despite these accomplishments, our greatest source of pride isn't the medals. It's watching students gain confidence, make lifelong friendships, overcome challenges, and grow into respectful, resilient young adults.
