Belly Dance is an ancient, mystical and healing dance that is also known as Raks Sharqui.

Do something kind for your body and mind and join Cashel Campbell as she teaches the basic fundamentals of this sensuous dance while you are enjoying the rhythms of exotic music.

Wear a tank top or mid-riff top, loose fitting skirt, leggings or yoga pants; bring a bottle of water and a hip scarf and/or coin belt. Class is open to adults and teens 14 and up.
