North Shore Historical Museum Lunch & Lecture Series - Old Westbury Gardens

The 2012 North Shore Historical Museum Lunch & Lecture Series kicks off on June 2nd at Old Westbury Gardens. Attendees will enjoy an in-depth tour of the Mansion followed by a luncheon at the Orchard Hill Cottage, located on the grounds, a rare opportunity. Following lunch, attendees will have the opportunity to tour the grounds themselves.

Sat., October 27th - Tour of the Matinecock Friends Meeting House & Lunch.  Also includes booksigning of the new volume, "Images of Locust Valley" by Joan Harrison and Amy Driscoll.  Cost $45/$50

Sat., November 17th - "Hooray for Hollywood" - a history of filmmaking on Long Island by vidoegrapher Barry Rivadue, at the North Shore Historical Museum in Glen Cove (the newly renovated 1907 Courthouse - home of the Museum). Lunch at Jo Jo Apples. Cost $45/$50
