Glen Cove Holiday Marketplace Proceeds to Benefit Local Seniors
A $300 check was presented to a local foundation that supports senior citizen programs.

Glen Cove officials presented a $300 check donation to the city’s Senior Activity Generational Endowment Foundation (SAGE) to support senior programs.
All proceeds from the sale of tables at last month's City Hall Holiday Marketplace were donated to SAGE. The Holiday Marketplace featured local artisans and entrepreneurs that sold home-made, hand-crafted items and products from home-based businesses. These goodies allowed residents to purchase creative gifts, from jewelry and home décor items to hand-crafted goods and delicious treats.
The donation was presented to the foundation by Mayor Reggie Spinello and Executive Director of the Glen Cove Downtown Business Improvement District Francine Koehler.
