Glen Cove Resident, 16, Accepted to Early College

One Glen Cove resident is just a sophomore in high school, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t ready for college.

Portledge School student Chuqi Jiang, 16, was accepted to start classes this fall at Bard College at Simon’s Rock in Massachusetts.

The Simon’s Rock campus in Great Barrington, is home to over 400 bright and highly motivated students who are looking for a challenging education.

Early college students are on track to graduate from college one or two years ahead of their peers at Bard.
