Glen Cove Road Paving to Begin July 20
Starting on Monday, July 20 and continuing at least until the end of the week, several roads in Glen Cove will be repaved.
All of the roads scheduled for repaving are owned and maintained by Nassau County. County Legislator Delia DeRiggi-Whitton is very pleased to have secured funding for this project. “We have been pushing for a while on obtaining financing for this important and long-awaited capital improvement project to replace these four well-traveled Glen Cove roads,” Legislator DeRiggi-Whitton said. “I’m sure residents and visitors will enjoy driving on the new smoother and safer streets.”
During construction, the following roads will be subject to a reduction in traffic and/or closures while paving is taking place:
· Dosoris Way between Forest Ave and Walnut Rd
