Senior Tax Accountant, Systemax

Assist with US & international tax compliance including forms 5471 and 1118.
• Perform quarterly and year-end tax accounting including ASC 740 calculations and tax projections. Monitor compliance with SOX controls.
• Research basic state and local jurisdiction tax matters, including tax reporting requirements, audit support, guidance with sales tax, VAT other transaction tax matters.
• Review/prepare various corporate tax return schedules and year-end tax accruals; estimated income tax payments.
• Transfer pricing policies - monitor compliance with Company’s domestic and international entities and assist with the preparation of annual transfer pricing documentation and calculations.
• Manage company’s state unclaimed property matters including audit defense support, voluntary compliance, annual reporting, developing procedures, tracking systems, etc.
