Police ID Motorcyclist Killed In Crash With Landscaping Truck On LI

GREENVALE, NY — Police have identified the motorcyclist killed in a crash with a landscaping truck in Greenvale recently as Colton Daniels, 32, of Oyster Bay.

The fatal crash took place on Monday when Daniels, who was on a Honda motorcycle, collided with a landscaping truck just before 9 a.m., police said.

It happened at the intersection of Northern Boulevard and Addison Lane.

Daniels was taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later, detectives said.

The truck driver remained at the scene and no criminality is suspected, according to police.
