Queens Man Punched Teenage Boy During Basketball Practice: NCPD
Cheikh Kadim Ndiaye was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child after he was accused of punching him: NCPD.

GREENVALE, NY--A Queens man was arrested and charged in Greenvale after police say he punched a teenage boy on Saturday afternoon.
According to detectives, police went to the home of the teenager, who complained of significant pain and bruising after playing basketball at Sid Jacobsen Jewish Center. Police say once they arrived, they were told the injuries were caused by Cheikh Kadim Ndiaye, who punched the boy in both his arms while serving as an intramural basketball coach. The police investigated, and Ndiaye was placed under arrest and brought to the Third Precinct for processing.
Ndiaye was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday, May 20 in First District Court in Hempstead.
