Rising Tide Supports Glen Cove Boys & Girls Club

Glen Cove Boys & Girls Club was selected as the charity for July for Rising Tide Market’s Bring Your Own Bag (BYOB) program. The program helped raise over $500 that was kindly donated to the Club.

Rising Tide Market launched the BYOB program in April and has been making charitable donations to various nonprofit organizations in the Glen Cove area. Through the program, Rising Tide Market charges 10 cents for every paper bag provided to a customer. Alternatively, customers with their own bags are given 10 cents for each reusable bag and asked if they would like to donate that money to the Charity of the Month. All the monies collected during the month of July from the BYOB program was passed on to the Club.
