Internet based media and marketing company seeks high energy, motivated sales support person to assist sales team in an aggressive, fast paced sales environment. Responsibilities include supporting team in all aspects of the sales process, starting with prospecting, pitching and qualifying prospects, supporting the ensuing sales process by coordinating of sales appointments, maintaining contacts, creating/editing proposals, facilitating documents between client and team, managing promotions and tracking progress/next steps in sales cycle. Current client roster includes companies such as Xerox, AT&T, oracle and HP to name a few. Applicants should have at least 2-3 years experience in sales support/pre-sales, telesales or telemarketing, have basic technical skills and a working knowledge of LinkedIn, Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. All applicants must be comfortable canvassing, making pitches and qualifying prospects. Hours are part time /flex time. Compensation is performance based with expected earnings between 30-50k. Open to virtual/stay at home. Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM and applicants located in tri-state area a plus.
