Loggia Glen Cove #1016 recently hosted an enchanting Mozzarella Night, where members and friends alike delved into the delectable world of this iconic Italian cheese.

Attendees immersed themselves in a workshop led by expert artisans, witnessing the timeless techniques of mozzarella making from curd to stretch. Attendees had a great time, enjoying each other's company while watching the art of mozzarella making.

Domenick Macchia, Dr. Charles Gambino, Marisa Gambino (President of Loggia), Ivonne Ciano, Ralph Ciano, Bob Serrao (President of Perry Como Lodge in Northport), Larry Spadaro, and Janet Serrao.

Reflecting on the evening, Marisa Gambino, President of Loggia Glen Cove #1016, shared, "It was truly heartwarming to see everyone come together and have such a fantastic time. Moments like these remind us of the beauty of community and the joy of shared experiences."
