Help the Glen Cove Library Seed Library Meet its Challenge Grant Goal

The Glen Cove Public Library Seed Library will be the first of its kind in Nassau County, New York and will open on Earth Day (4/22), 2017!

Our project is participating in SeedMoney's year end fundraising challenge and could really use your help TODAY. Their website just launched and the first 75 projects to raise $600 online will win $400 challenge grants. We're hoping to use those funds to establish demonstration gardens right at the Library to support our Seed Library that will launch on April 22, 2017. In addition, the funds raised through this grant will support programming for Glen Cove Public Library patrons that will teach about the practice of organic growing, seed savings and the benefits of healthy, garden-grown foods.

SeedMoney only runs this challenge once a year and we need your support TODAY to put our project in the running.

Any donation amount will be gratefully accepted!
