Vocabulary Parade at Connolly
Students were inspired to create costumes based on different vocabulary words.

From Glen Cove Schools: As part of its Pick A Reading Partner celebration, Connolly School students in the Glen Cove City School District read “Miss Alaineus: A Vocabulary Disaster,” by Debra Fraisier. The students were inspired to create costumes based on different vocabulary words and had a wonderful time parading around the school showing off their unique creations.
