Lavine Re-Elected to New York's 13th Assembly District

Incumbent Charles Lavine (D) ran against Jeffrey S. Vitale (R).

Voters re-elected incumbent Charles Lavine to represent New York's 13th Assembly District on Tuesday.

Democrat Lavine defeated Republican Jeffrey S. Vitale and Green Party representative Jeffery J. Peress in the local election.

With 99.13 percent of precincts reporting, Lavine has 30,553 votes compared to 18,209 votes for Vitale and 604 for Peress.

Lavine is a 10-year member of the assembly.
