Red Hook Affordable Housing Lottery Ends This Week: What To Know
Applications are due on Friday, August 28.

RED HOOK, NY — A New York City Housing Connect lottery is offering 239 affordable rental apartments at 498 Columbia St. in Red Hook with applications due this week.

The development, Columbia Commons I, includes 68 studios, 86 one-bedroom apartments and 85 two-bedroom apartments. Applications are due on Friday, August 28.
Monthly rents range from $777 to $2,668, with eligible household incomes ranging from $30,446 to $183,200, depending on apartment size and income tier.

The apartments are offered at 40%, 60% and 100% of Area Median Income (AMI). The development includes amenities such as outdoor space, a community center, bike storage, shared laundry, energy-efficient appliances and high-speed internet.
