• ALDI To Open New Great Neck Store Ahead Of Schedule (patch.com) — A long-awaited ALDI supermarket is finally opening in Great Neck Plaza this week, filling the former Best Market space at 38 Great Neck Road after village officials and the Plaza board resolved delivery-hour issues. Residents can shop a soft opening on Wednesday, then attend Thursday’s 8:30 a.m. ribbon-cutting, where the first 200 customers will receive Golden Tickets and other giveaways.
