• Great Neck Public Schools underwent $19M in renovations this summer (longislandpress.com) — Great Neck families will see over $19 million in school renovations this fall, from a fully revamped North High study center to new turf and lighting on the North athletic field, with more upgrades coming next year. The board also welcomed Parkville's new principal, seated student ex officio members, honored a nationally recognized history student, and heard resident concerns about turf safety and student representation.
