The board also welcomed Parkville's new principal, seated student ex officio members, honored a nationally recognized history student, and heard resident concerns about turf safety and student representation.
• After 54 years, Sterling Equities announces ownership split (libn.com) — A major ownership shake-up is underway at Great Neck-based Sterling Equities, as co-founder Fred Wilpon and several family members exit the firm in a planned transition while Saul Katz and other partners remain. The split will divide most assets between the two sides and set up new leadership, with more details on Sterling's future structure and strategy expected in coming months.
