Cops: Serious Auto Accident in Lake Success

Nassau Police are investigating a possible hit-and-run on Lakeville Road in Lake Success in which a pedestrian was struck.

The incident occurred Thursday morning at about 11 a.m. not far from the Fresh Meadow Country Club by the Long Island Expressway, Newsday reported.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, according to News12. Police are seeking a yellow truck that was possibly involved in the incident.
