Diane Polland Named to Prestigious Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Awards

Ranks as the No. 1 agent in the Great Neck office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens is proud to announce that Diane Polland, a real estate sales associate affiliated with the Great Neck Regional office, has been named the No. 1 agent in the company’s Great Neck office. She was also recognized as representing the company’s 2014 largest transaction on Long Island and Queens, 30 Lighthouse Road in Kings Point, which was listed at $13,750,000.

In addition to these prestigious honors, Polland also earned the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite designation, awarded to associates who rank in the top 2% of the nearly 87,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Polland accepted the award during the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Agent Appreciation and Recognition event held at the Crest Hollow Country Club.

Polland achieved the company’s top sale in 2011, 2012, and 2014, the 2012 sale being the exclusive Kings Point Estate listed at $39.5 million. Her successful sale of the renowned Kings Point Estate also ranked as one of the 2012 Most Significant Sales by Coldwell Banker Previews International. Additional recent noteworthy sales include the Wildwood Tennis Club in Kings Point, listed at $4.2 million, and 7 Round Hill Road in Lake Success, listed at $3 million.

A consistent award-winning associate broker, Polland was ranked number 128 nationally on The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends 2013 Top 1,000 agent list. Polland holds an MBA from Fordham University and a Master’s degree in Psychology from NYU. In addition to her residential real estate license, she also holds a New York State Commercial Real Estate License and is affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT.
