A consistent award-winning associate broker, Polland was recently ranked number 128 nationally on The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends 2013 Top 1,000 agent list. She also ranked number 21 of the 41,300 NRT associates nationwide. In 2012, Polland was ranked as the number one agent on Long Island and Queens, achieving the highly coveted Society of Excellence award, which is received by less than one percent of agents worldwide. She also achieved the prestigious Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier award, which is given to the top one percent of the 82,200 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.

Polland achieved the company’s top sale in both 2011 and 2012, the latter sale being the exclusive Kings Point Estate listed at $39.5 million. Her successful sale of the renowned Kings Point Estate also ranked as one of the 2012 Most Significant Sales by Coldwell Banker Previews International. In recent years, she has impressively sold nearly $150 million in real estate.

Polland holds an MBA from Fordham University and a Master’s degree in Psychology from NYU. In addition to her residential real estate license, she also holds a New York State Commercial Real Estate License and is a Previews Property Specialist.
She is deeply involved in her community and has chaired events for the Special Olympics, serves on the Board of Hadassah Hospital, and has collected funds and supplies for the Fistular Foundation and Afya Foundation.
Polland is a resident of Great Neck, where she lives with her husband and raised her family.
