Dynamic Entrepreneur Opens Leading National Home Care Concept in Nassau County

LONG ISLAND, N.Y. — The Long Island office, located at 320 Northern Blvd, Suite 11 in Great Neck, has opened its doors. The new location marks the company’s first New York office and serves residents throughout Nassau County seeking home health aid services.
Local resident Robert Rifkin runs the Long Island office with support from his wife, Mary Rifkin, and his office team. For 50 years, Robert Rifkin worked in retail and wholesale sales fine tuning his client relation tactics and his ability to listen and address client concerns or wishes. His extensive experience with developing, maintaining and growing client relationships has prepared him for his next career with Executive Care.
“I was drawn to Executive Care for many reasons,” said Rifkin. “I have watched members of my family age and recognize the challenges it can bring for the other family members, especially when they are responsible for care. I want to help seniors with their daily living because it is important for everyone to experience life with respect and dignity no matter what age and condition they might be in. Executive Care allows my team and I to do just that.”

Executive Care offers a variety of caregiving services to help families often overwhelmed with the responsibility of providing care to a loved one — all while ensuring the patient remains in the comfort of his or her own home. In a crowded sector, the company has built a reputation from the ground up.
To guarantee the highest quality, Executive Care requires all prospective caregivers undergo an intensive pre-employment screening process, including a criminal background investigation, verification of references, employment history check and drug testing. All caregivers are insured, experienced and undergo skills tests and continuing education training. Registered nurses closely supervise and monitor all staff, conducting periodic evaluation assessments.
